This make-ready project involved giving a tired old build a complete facelift while modernizing the interior. It involved reglazing the full building with new thermally insulated glazing. Our team self-performed a major portion of both the interior and exterior work on this project.

• Added 13,000 square feet of up-to-date warehouse/distribution space

• Modernized 10,000 square feet of offices with new flooring and lighting

• Renovation included extensive removal of prior tenant’s equipment

• Exterior facelift included replacing the roof and completely repainting the exterior
