Hope Mieritz
PROJECT COORDINATOR
Hope Mieritz joined Blue Water Builders in January 2020 as Project Coordinator, supporting Project Managers in the daily operations of commercial construction projects.
She began her career in the construction and real estate industries in 2002 after returning to Illinois, starting as an Office Coordinator for a nationwide title company. In that role, she assisted Closing Agents and Construction Escrow Officers with residential real estate transactions, gaining valuable experience collaborating with new home builders and commercial general contractors.
Throughout her career, Hope has worked on a wide range of commercial construction projects, including ground-up developments, tenant improvements, and commercial facilities services. As a former Account Manager, she led a team of Facilities Coordinators and Project Managers, overseeing daily service repairs, after-hours emergencies, preventative maintenance, disaster preparedness, and annual refresh projects for over 250 retail locations nationwide.
In her spare time, Hope enjoys spending time with family and friends and supporting Chicago Sports. Go Cubs!
