Blue Water was brought in by the CURV Group to design and build an office as innovative as the products they make. Employee collaboration was a major goal of this work space, so our team helped them create a space that fosters inspiration, creativity, and communication.
Conversion of 30,000 S.F. warehouse into an open office floor plan.
Renovation of exterior facade and extensive sitework.
Successfully met Cook County’s 6B tax reduction program requirements.
