Blue Water helped reimagine the old Motorola campus in Libertyville, Illinois to create an innovation center that is gorgeous both inside and out. Work included constructing a new campus lobby and central amenity center from the ground up. Blue Water also revitalized the exterior of the campus with the goal of making the multi-tenant facility more welcoming.

  • Constructed new driveways and pathways leading to new central lobby.

  • Modified basement areas and meeting rooms adjacent to central amenity center.
