Since 2019, Blue Water Builders has had the privilege of partnering with Light on Anxiety, a growing therapy practice expanding throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. What began as a first location buildout in Lakeview has evolved into an ongoing relationship built on trust, clear communication, and a shared commitment to creating thoughtful, private, and welcoming clinical spaces.

Over the past several years, we have completed four successful tenant improvement projects for Light on Anxiety, with a fifth currently in design. Each new location reflects the client’s commitment to consistency, patient comfort, and operational efficiency — and our role as a long-term partner in bringing that vision to life.

Building a Relationship from the First Location

Blue Water first supported Light on Anxiety during the construction of their original Lakeview office. From the beginning, the client relied on our team not only for execution, but for guidance through an unfamiliar construction process.

As a healthcare provider without extensive development experience, Light on Anxiety needed a builder who could simplify decision-making, provide proactive solutions, and manage the coordination required to deliver a successful tenant buildout.
