MICHAEL ROSENBERG
PROJECT MANAGER
Mike joined Blue Water Builders in March 2026, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, with a strong focus on retail and tenant build-out projects. With expertise in both project management and estimating, he offers a comprehensive understanding of projects from pre-construction through completion.
Mike began his career in the field as a carpenter, framing custom residential homes before earning his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Construction Management from Eastern Illinois University. He later transitioned into the commercial construction sector, where he has built a diverse and accomplished portfolio. Over the course of his career, Mike has successfully delivered a wide range of projects, including retail stores, restaurants, veterinary clinics, medical facilities, indoor adventure parks, and office spaces.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time outdoors and being active. In the warmer months, he can often be found mountain biking, boating, or kayaking, while winter brings opportunities for snowboarding and snowmobiling.
