Blue Water was tasked with constructing 17,000 square feet of high-end office space as part of a larger 100,000 square foot facility. Included in this project was a second story fitness center and a restaurant quality Test Kitchen that could showcase the client’s products, such as Portillo’s, Vienna Beef, and more.

  • Complete structural demolition of front facade, rebuilt with floor-to-ceiling storefront windows and ACM panels throughout.
