Project Overview

Blue Water Builders transformed Prestige Distribution’s Northbrook facility into a modern headquarters designed to support the company’s office, warehouse, and showroom operations. Completed in February 2021 and designed by Designhaus Architects in collaboration with a national interior designer, the project included a complete gut renovation of the existing office and warehouse spaces, including approximately 5,000 square feet of new office space.

The new headquarters provides Prestige with a highly functional workplace for its executive, sales, and accounting teams while also serving as a showroom where clients can experience the company’s Division 10 products firsthand. High-end finishes and carefully integrated product displays throughout the space reflect Prestige’s business and the products it provides.

The completed headquarters gives Prestige Distribution a space that serves multiple purposes: a functional workplace, an operational facility, and a showroom for its products. Blue Water’s familiarity with Prestige’s product lines helped the team integrate those products throughout the project while delivering a finished environment that reflects the quality of the company’s work.
