Blue Water was brought in by the CURV Group to design and build an office as innovative as the products they make. Employee collaboration was a major goal of this work space, so our team helped them create a space that fosters inspiration, creativity, and communication.

• Conversion of 30,000 S.F. warehouse into an open office floor plan.

• Renovation of exterior facade and extensive sitework.

• Successfully met Cook County’s 6B tax reduction program requirements.
