Blue Water completely upgraded our client’s warehouse facility in addition to creating 5,500 square feet of offices and showrooms for this national stone distributor. We used our client’s high-end granite and marble for the interior of the space to allow their customers to imagine different uses of these products in their own projects.

  • Coordinated the construction of three bridge cranes to facilitate the distribution of products.

  • Separated all utilities from an adjacent tenant while keeping all systems functioning during a three shift operation to create 30,000 S.F. and 42,000 S.F. units.

  • Constructed 5,500 S.F. of new showroom and offices.

  • Created new loading docks.
